ZESA - ZETDC Application Review

One notable feature of the application is its ability to display current electricity usage metrics over the course of a month. The usage is categorized into three distinct bands:

• Green: 0-50 KWh (Light use)
• Orange: 51-200 KWh (Average use)
• Red: 200+ KWh (Heavy use)

If a user inputs a payment amount, the system effectively calculates the number of units they will receive, tailored to their current usage patterns.

A particularly useful aspect of the application addresses a common issue faced by users: instances where money is deducted for a token purchase, yet no token number is received. In such cases, the application contains a feature allowing users to view their token history. This section presents a comprehensive list of recent token numbers purchased, ensuring that users can easily access their transaction information.
